1. Scope of Services

Archncivil Studio provides architectural visualization and drafting services, which include but are not limited to:

• Architectural 2D full drawing sets (floor plans, elevations, sections)
• 3D architectural design and modeling
• High-quality 3D renderings (interior and exterior)
• Video walkthrough animations

The specific details, deliverables, timeline, and cost of each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal, quote, or contract agreed upon by both parties prior to the commencement of work.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the timely and accurate delivery of our services, the Client agrees to:

• Provide clear, complete, and accurate initial materials (e.g., sketches, dimensions, CAD files, mood boards, or reference images).
• Provide timely feedback during the drafting and rendering review stages. Delays in client feedback may result in corresponding delays to the project timeline.
• Ensure they have the legal right to share any plans, designs, or intellectual property provided to Archncivil Studio for the purpose of the project.

3. Revisions and Modifications

3D rendering and animation are time-intensive processes. Unless otherwise specified in your specific project proposal:

• Each rendering or animation project includes 3 rounds of minor revisions like changes to lighting, material textures, or minor furniture adjustments at the draft stage.
• Major structural changes to the 3D model after the initial design has been approved, or revisions requested after the final high-resolution rendering/animation has begun processing, will be billed at an hourly rate of 30$ or quoted as a separate add-on.

4. Payment Terms

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated project cost is required before any work commences.

Milestones: Progress payments may be required upon the delivery of specific milestones .

Final Delivery: Final high-resolution, unwatermarked files (images, PDFs, and MP4 animations) will only be delivered upon receipt of the final payment in full.

Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 7  days of the delivery date may incur a late fee of 5% per month.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Final Deliverables: Upon full and final payment, the Client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the final exported deliverables (e.g., JPEGs, PDFs, video files) for their intended marketing, presentation, or personal purposes.

Source Files: Archncivil Studio retains sole ownership and copyright of all native working files, proprietary 3D assets, raw 3D models (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, Lumion files), and textures used to create the final deliverables. Source files are not provided to the Client unless explicitly negotiated and purchased under a separate “Source File Release” agreement.

Portfolio Rights: Archncivil Studio reserves the right to use the final renderings, animations, and drawing sets for promotional purposes, including displaying them on archncivil.com, social media, and professional portfolios, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project start.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Visualization Purposes: Unless explicitly stated otherwise and stamped by a licensed architect or engineer of record in your jurisdiction, the 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings provided by Archncivil Studio are for conceptual design and visualization purposes only.

Construction Liability: Archncivil Studio is not responsible for the structural integrity, building code compliance, zoning laws, or precise construction measurements of the designs. Clients are strongly advised to consult with locally licensed architects, structural engineers, and contractors before commencing any physical construction.

In no event shall Archncivil Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our visualization or drafting services.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

If the Client cancels a project after work has commenced, the initial deposit is non-refundable. The Client will be invoiced for any work completed beyond the scope of the deposit up to the date of cancellation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
